This evening Mom is working nights and Dad had some errands to run early in the evening so we were late going to the park. Dad put me on the 50 foot leash as he said I’d been so good today. 

It’s so much fun in the dark there with my young doggy eyes and Dad’s old fart eyes. He couldn’t see what I could and didn’t keep me away. I was pretty close to a couple of jack rabbits and only really lost my shit once.

Another time I just pretended to see something and went straining on the end of the leash. I swear I nearly pulled Dad’s arm out of his socket. 

That’s how we roll in the park after dark
