This week I discovered a couple of new and interesting things. 

Firstly, we all know when it’s hot outside we get thirsty. Especially when we’re running around. Well. I found a short-cut to water after a walk. There’s a bowl of water much closer than my official water bowl when we come back from a walk. It’s nice and cold so that’s great. And it seems much easier for Mom and Dad to refill it. They just push a lever on the side at the top and it refills with a big whooshing noise. Mind you. Sometimes it smells in there. Especially after Dad’s been sitting on it for a while. But I think it’s great. I can’t understand why they have a fit every time I drink from it. 

I’ve been practicing patience more. I’m getting really good at it. Now I will sit and wait until I’m released when a toy gets thrown. Sometimes I do it to please Mom and Dad. Sometimes I don’t just to remind them I’m a teenager. 

In other news, I watched a lady walking her Yorkshire terrier on the other side of the road the other day and she let her dog chase after rabbits. That’s so cool. I looked at Dad and yelped a bit but I could tell it wasn’t going to happen
