Another week is in the books. This week I went on vacation for a couple of nights in a hotel. I was very well behaved and I met a lot of humans. They were all very nice to me. 

Mom and dad say they walked 40km in 3 days so I think I did at least 50km. I did a lot of sleeping too. In the room there was a window alcove which was perfect for me to get my head down in. 

The thing they call elevators are a bit wierd. You go in, the door closes, you wait a minute and the door opens again. But wait!! We’ve been transported to somewhere else. Go figure ! 

We practiced my recall while walking on a lake at sunrise. It was great fun. Dad only had to fall on my long leash once to stop me running off to say hi to a coyote. 

I learned to poop somewhere that is not my dog run which I guess was a good thing as I wasn’t there for so long.

Mom and dad left me with a dog sitter for a couple of hours. We went for a walk in the snow but I guess they didn’t tell the nice lady not to let me chew my 30 foot leash. I now have 3 different sections. Mom says she’ll sew it up again tomorrow and put hot sauce on it. Whatever that is. Hope it tastes nice.
